Description:
Perform as a member of a team supporting multiple Information Technology projects for a Government customer in Charlottesville, VA. Participates in the full software development lifecycle. Responsible for developing applications independently and as a team leader. Responsible for supporting multiple clients and projects concurrently. Serves as mentor to junior developers and works with program managers to define processes and standards for .Net development.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- 8+ years relevant experience in the design, development, implementation, and integration of enterprise systems.
- Expert-level experience with .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience designing and developing systems that leverage Microsoft SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of object oriented analysis and design.
- Experience with Web Services, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
- Experience with standard development processes such as RUP, agile development, and test driven approach to development.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and the ability/desire to inspire, guide, and mentor others.
Preferred additional qualifications:
- Knowledge of CMMI
- Experience with RDBMS, including Oracle and/or SQL Server
- Experience with Java
- Experience with Captaris Workflow
